FibreStream does not throttle, shape, or restrict any type of Internet traffic. We believe in providing full speeds all the time with no restrictions.
Throttling bandwidth means an Internet Service Provider (ISP) intentionally slows down Internet service in order to control congestion. It means users’ upload and download rates are limited, with the result that streaming, file-sharing and other applications are impacted.
